How to get there

Burchell Lake is located in the Thunder Bay District, about an hour’s drive west of the city of Thunder Bay. Follow Hwy. 11 and turn west on Hwy. 802, just past the village of Kashabowie. To reach the worker’s townsite, travel 10 1/2 kilometres along the dirt highway, until you see a fork in the road. Do not turn. Continue travelling straight until you reach the barricade.
